Due to studies in another location, we are renting out our lovely 3-room apartment second hand at Nydala Heights for one year (to begin with). The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, hallway, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher. Good storage space and wardrobes. Large and lovely balcony with sun all afternoon. NOTE! Read the REQUIREMENTS before contacting us. We will not proceed with couples/roommates who do not meet the requirements! The area is close to ICA, pharmacy, and the scenic Nydala recreational area. Good bus and bicycle connections to the university. Parking possibility available. REQUIREMENTS. To get a chance to rent from us: - You must have a co-applicant. We do not rent out to one person, this is to ensure you can afford the rent. - You must be at LEAST 25 years old - Have a stable economy (permanent employment or CSN) - If you are students, you need to be able to present proof of studies - Provide at least two references from previous landlords - A possible guarantor who can pay the rent if you cannot pay the rent during the agreed rental period. - No parties or disturbing neighbors. - The tenant can be terminated during the agreed notice period if the apartment is neglected in various ways or if the neighbors are disturbed. In addition to the fixed cost, variable costs for hot water, electricity, and internet are added. Note! The costs below are approximate prices! Hot water: 100-150 kr/month. Electricity 400 kr/month. Internet 750 kr/month (cheaper subscriptions are available). First contact is made here.
