A fresh, bright, well-planned and (UNFURNISHED) apartment in Hallunda Centrum, 60 square meters plus kitchen, private storage and balcony, is being rented to a reliable person/people, non-smoker, without pets, with stable finances. This apartment is rented for 1 year initially, and if everything works out, it becomes ongoing. The rent includes water, heating, electricity, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, private storage, and laundry room. No insurance for personal belongings is included. High-speed broadband (fiber) is installed in the apartment but must be subscribed to by those living in the apartment. It costs approximately 150 SEK per month. The apartment has a toilet and shower. The apartment is located in Hallunda, a 2-minute walk from the subway and 30 minutes from Stockholm central.
