The apartment is a newly built studio of 34 sqm in GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal, right next to AstraZeneca. I have set up a temporary wall in the living room that creates a separate smaller bedroom. The bedroom can accommodate a bed of up to about 120 cm, which means that the apartment practically functions a little more like a small one-bedroom. In addition, there is a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and a smaller storage room inside the apartment. The apartment is rented out furnished and essentially all furniture will remain. TV is not included and the bed can remain if desired. The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer among other things. The rent is 9,304.65 SEK per month including furniture. Electricity and cold and hot water are added after actual consumption. Internet and home insurance are arranged by the tenant. A parking space in the area can also be offered separately for 725 SEK/month. There is a bus stop directly in the GoCo area with good connections to both Mölndal and Gothenburg. By bus, it takes about 5 minutes to Mölndal and about 20 minutes to central Gothenburg. I am renting out the apartment during the period from November 7, 2026, to October 30, 2027, because I am going to do a cohabitation trial. Therefore, the rental is for a limited period and with approval from Balder. The apartment is best suited for a single person or a couple.
