The cabin is on two levels with a sleeping loft. There are two beds with duvets and pillows upstairs. On the lower level is a small kitchen with a basic assortment of kitchen equipment, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, and a countertop stove. The downstairs room has a kitchen table with two chairs, a small sofa, and a washing machine. The toilet has a shower. There is a parking space with an electrical socket for engine heaters. The cabin is located near Pitehavsbad, about 2-4 minutes walking distance, so it's close to the bath and the hotel with a restaurant and pub. The sea is about 150 meters from my cabin, so it’s near to beach walks. I have installed an air heat pump for heating/cooling as needed. A south-facing balcony is included with sun loungers. There is an additional electricity cost to the rent. You pay according to your consumption in arrears. Read monthly. A grocery store is three/four kilometers away in Munksund, Coop. There is a bus stop near Pitehavsbad where the line bus runs between Skellefteå - Piteå, line 20. Welcome to a quiet place close to nature.
