I am renting out my nice studio apartment in the middle of Luthagen, with a really good location close to both the university, the city center, and everything you need in daily life. The apartment is very well-planned and thanks to the layout, it feels more like a small one-bedroom apartment, which makes it suitable both for an individual and a couple. About the apartment * Balcony with evening sun * Walkway with morning sun * Everything is included in the rent * Laundry room available in the association * The bathroom is prepared for a personal washing machine * Bicycle room available * Possibility to rent a parking space in the association The location * ICA and other services are very close * Close to Uppsala central station * If you are a student, additionally: * Close to university premises * Close to the nations and student life Reason for renting: I am going to do an internship in another location and am therefore renting out the apartment during this time. After the internship, my studies will be finished and my plan is to move back to Stockholm. I am therefore preferably looking for a long-term tenant who wants to stay for a longer period.
