The apartment was new in 2019. It is located right across the river from Østfold University College, so central in Fredrikstad. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Fredrikstad station. The apartment is in a charming building from 1900. There is room for a double bed in the bedroom. The closets currently there and shown in the pictures will be replaced with wardrobes with sliding doors. There will be about as much closet space as shown in the pictures. The current tenant has a desk where the café set in the kitchen currently stands. That picture is an old picture. Electricity, TV, internet are included in the rent.
