Due to a longer trip abroad, I am renting out my nice apartment in Sala Backe. Location: The apartment is located in Sala Backe, with close proximity to most amenities. It’s about a 5-minute walk to grocery stores and only about 3 minutes to Fyra mackarna, where you can find, among other things, MAX, McDonald’s, and several gas stations. About the apartment: • 39 sqm • Top floor with a nice view (NO elevator) • Fully furnished • Washing machine in the apartment • Dishwasher • Small walk-in closet • Parking included Rent: 11,000 SEK/month The rent includes: ✓ Rent ✓ Water ✓ Electricity ✓ Broadband ✓ Parking ✓ Home insurance Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent (11,000 SEK) is paid when the leasing agreement is made. The deposit is refunded upon moving out, provided that the apartment and its furnishings are left in good condition and in accordance with the agreement. I am looking for a responsible person or couple who are non-smokers and want to rent the apartment for the entire period and take good care of it while I am away. Pets in the apartment can be discussed!
