I am renting out my 1-room apartment of 25 sqm in Majorna, with flexible move-in around the end of September/beginning of October. The apartment is on the third floor (elevator available) and has a wonderful view over the Älvsborg Bridge. It is rented out furnished and equipped with, among other things, a washing machine, wifi, TV with Chromecast, and a complete kitchen. From here, it is close to both Chapmanstorg and Mariaplan, with very good tram connections. It takes about 7 minutes to Järntorget and about 15–20 minutes into central Gothenburg. I am looking for a responsible and reliable tenant who wants to rent indefinitely, with a minimum rental period of 4 months. The apartment is also for sale. This means that the tenant needs to be okay with the apartment being shown to potential buyers on rare occasions after agreement. The tenant has a 1-month notice period, and I, as the landlord, have a 3-month notice period. The rent includes electricity, water, and wifi.
