Hello! I have a 33 m² studio apartment that I need to rent out next summer because I'm working in another location. The apartment is located in northern Uppsala, about 10 minutes by bike from the central station. The area is very quiet and the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which means there is no through traffic. The apartment is rented furnished and with most things you might need, such as kitchen utensils, etc. The rent includes everything – electricity, water, heating, and internet. There is also the possibility to rent a parking space for 450 SEK/month. The apartment has previously been up for sale and I want to be open about the fact that I may occasionally ask if it is okay to show it to a seriously interested buyer. This would of course happen in consultation with you as the tenant. At present, I am not expecting any sale, but if the apartment were to be unexpectedly sold during the rental period, you as the tenant will still have the opportunity to stay for three months after the sale.
