Empty and free, but September is reserved for painting and furnishing the kitchen. So, you’ll have to use your imagination a bit (or a lot?), but: - The apartment is very spacious for one, but it works well for two, perhaps even three if necessary. - The apartment's ceilings are flawless and clean, no need for painting. - The apartment's floors are flawless and clean, no need for replacement. - The building is excellent, in a good location, with a renovated facade and new bathrooms and pipes. Very clean. - There's space in the bathroom for your own washing machine. I'll see if I can find swivel shower walls and a rain shower at a reasonable price. - All door frames, one door, and all walls (except the kitchen) will be painted. I was thinking of deep green for one bedroom wall, perhaps light brown for 1-2 walls in the living room (Mulberry?). - There's no walk-in closet, but there are plenty of cabinets. In fact, we'll negotiate whether to keep all or get rid of some. - I need to acquire all appliances for the kitchen. A small 50 cm high shelf-model dishwasher for a 6-piece tableware set will be placed under the sink, a 140 cm American fridge-freezer with space for a microwave and/or air fryer on top, and a regular stove. The upper cabinets remain, but the lower cabinets will need modification (the countertop remains, a place for that dishwasher will be made below it). The kitchen (or kitchenette) is cramped but can be made functional. So the place will be nice and clean! The photos were taken of the uncleaned apartment. The apartment is on the first living floor, half a floor from the front door, only 6 steps, so it's suitable even for those in slightly worse condition (and moving in is easy). There is free unlimited parking space in front of the house alongside the street (diagonal parking + normal roadside), heated parking slots for 12 euros/month, but there is a queue for them. The bus line runs 50 meters away (Rykmentinkatu), and the market square is less than 2 km away by foot. There are good driving connections to the Lahti bypass in Hennala. The beach (Mytäjärvi, also with possibility for winter swimming) is about 1 km away, and the Salpausselkä outdoor areas are nearby. Own electricity contract, water billed according to consumption, advance 22 euros/month/person. A tenancy agreement is made directly between the tenant and the owner (not Qasa), credit history must be in order, or a guarantor with a good credit history is required (no Kela guarantees), a deposit of 300 euros is sufficient (since the credit history is in order...), the lease is initially for 12 months and then continues indefinitely.
