There is now an opportunity to rent my bright and charming studio apartment in Kungsholmen during the period from February 15 to June 15, 2027, as I will be studying abroad. There is the possibility of a certain extension until the end of June. The apartment is 26 square meters and is located at the top of the building on a quiet street near Thorildsplan. It has generous ceiling height, large paneled windows, and several beautifully preserved original details, such as plank flooring and panel doors. The floor plan is open between the kitchen and the living room and accommodates both a bed, sofa, and dining table. The kitchen has good storage and the apartment also has a practical closet. Here you live with about a 2-minute walk to the subway and close to buses, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, gyms, and green areas. Fridhemsplan, Hornsbergs strand, and Kristinebergs bathing cliffs are also within comfortable distance. The association also has large and cozy courtyards with greenery, seating areas, and barbecue facilities. Gas, internet, water, electricity, and heating are included in the rent. There is a bicycle storage room in the association. I am looking for a responsible and reliable tenant, or alternatively a couple who wants to rent together.
