For rent from September onwards: a room recently renovated in spring from an apartment, where my wife and I live. We both have plenty of experience in shared living. The apartment is located in Niinivaara, near the hospital. In addition to the room, there is shared access to the kitchen, toilet, and a newly renovated bathroom with a toilet. Ideally, we would rent the room to a person who would need the room, for example, about 3 days a week, at which point the price is €40/night (or max. €380/month). Alternatively, we are renting the room for the entire month of September (and possibly some time thereafter) at a price of €425 + water €19. The apartment is located about 1.5 km from Joensuu Market Square, with a bus stop right next to it. The nearest shop is 800 meters away (S-market Niinivaara, open 24h).
