Well-planned apartment of approximately 32 sqm divided into 1 room, kitchen, bathroom, and hall. We have recently repainted the walls, renovated the kitchen, and installed new furniture. In the kitchen, there is room for four people around the kitchen table, which can easily be moved to provide more space. From the kitchen, you can also access a smaller storage room. In the living room, there is a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed that can be made up into two beds, a coffee table, bureaus, and a TV on the wall. Laundry facilities are available in the basement and are shared with another residence. The apartment is located a few minutes' walk from the center, so it's close to most amenities, including bus and train if you need to travel a little further. Heat and water are included in the rent. An additional cost of 1,000 SEK/month for furniture, internet, and household electricity. The total cost then becomes 6,700 SEK/month. We are considering a temporary rental, with the period to be agreed upon.
