FURNISHED 3-ROOM APARTMENT CLOSE TO THE SEA – SERVICE AND WEEKLY CLEANING INCLUDED Book our fully furnished premium cabin Strand Plus at Destination Råbocka in Ängelholm. The accommodation is suitable for temporary work, studies, renovation, separation, waiting for permanent housing, or as company accommodation. THE ACCOMMODATION The cabin is 35 m² and has a living room with dining area and kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an overhead bunk, mainly suitable for children. The other bedroom has a bunk bed for two people. A maximum of three people is allowed in the cabin. The kitchen from Ballingslöv includes a refrigerator, four hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, frying pan, and kitchen utensils. Outside, there is a private wooden deck of approximately 15 m² with outdoor furniture and grassy area. The cabin is well-maintained, with continuous maintenance by the facility. PRICE AND PERIOD Monthly price: 16,303 SEK including VAT Fixed cost for electricity and heating: 500 SEK/month Total accommodation cost: 16,803 SEK/month including VAT Invoicing to companies is possible. Access is possible as soon as possible. The accommodation can be booked until May 30, 2027, and the period cannot be extended over the summer. A broken first month is possible, for example, starting on September 10 or 15. The price is then adjusted according to the access date. An advance payment equivalent to one month's accommodation cost is required to confirm the booking. Thereafter, payment is made monthly in advance. Smoking is not allowed indoors. The facility's rules and regulations apply. BOOKING AND TERMS The accommodation is offered as a serviced long-term stay within Destination Råbocka's cabin operations. The stay is registered in our booking system. The guest receives a written booking confirmation via email with the period, price, payment terms, and included services. The stay is regulated through the booking confirmation and Destination Råbocka's booking terms instead of through a traditional housing lease agreement. The terms are presented in writing and approved before the booking is confirmed. Errors and questions are reported directly to the facility and handled by our staff. THE AREA Destination Råbocka is located in Havsbaden, between Kronoskogen and Råbocka beach. It is approximately 180 meters to the sea and about 1.5 kilometers to Ängelholm’s center and station – about a 20-minute walk. City bus 4 serves the Råbocka Camping stop and goes towards central Ängelholm.
