FURNISHED 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT NEAR THE SEA – SERVICE AND WEEKLY CLEANING INCLUDED Book our fully furnished Friluft Cabin at Destination Råbocka in Ängelholm. The accommodation is mainly suitable for a short stay or project period, for example, temporary work, studies, renovation, or corporate housing. THE RESIDENCE The cabin is 20 m² and offers a space-efficient compact living accommodation with a living room, kitchen, separate bedroom, and fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a 160 cm double bed, and the bedroom has a bunk bed. The accommodation is recommended for one person. A maximum of two people may reside in the cabin. The common social area is limited, making the accommodation best suited for a shorter period. The kitchen is newly renovated in 2026 and has a fridge with freezer compartment, four hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Outside, there is a private wooden deck of approximately 4 m² with outdoor furniture and an adjacent grassy area. PRICE AND PERIOD Monthly price: 12,078 SEK including VAT Electricity and heating: 500 SEK/month Total: 12,578 SEK/month including VAT Invoicing to companies is possible. Access can be immediate. The accommodation can be booked until May 30, 2027, and the period cannot be extended over the summer. A broken first month is possible, and the price adjusts according to the check-in date. One month's accommodation cost is paid in advance to confirm the booking. Thereafter, payment is made monthly in advance. BOOKING AND TERMS The accommodation is offered as a serviced long-term stay within Destination Råbocka's cabin operation. The stay is registered in our booking system, and the guest receives a written booking confirmation via email with period, price, payment terms, and included services. The stay is governed by the booking confirmation and Destination Råbocka's booking terms instead of a traditional housing lease agreement. The terms are approved before the booking is confirmed. Errors and questions are handled by our staff. THE AREA Destination Råbocka is located in Havsbaden, between Kronoskogen and Råbocka beach. It is approximately 180 meters to the sea and 1.5 kilometers to Ängelholm center and station. City bus 4 goes to central Ängelholm.
