We are renting out our house which is from 1968. It is a pleasant villa that has recently received a facelift with a newly renovated kitchen and some refreshed surfaces. The house is 130 sqm, spread over 5 rooms and a kitchen, providing plenty of space for both family and guests. The plot is about 950 sqm, which provides space for both garden and outdoor activities. Here is a bright and functional kitchen, which we think is one of the best rooms in the house, and a spacious living room that creates an inviting atmosphere. The house has three bedrooms (possibility of four), two bathrooms, and a WC, making it suitable for a family or someone who appreciates a little extra space. We are renting out the living area on the entrance floor, which includes the entire main residential section with kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. The tenant will also have access to large parts of the basement, which can be used for storage or other practical needs. There is a guest room, laundry room, sauna, one of the bathrooms, and a workshop. A small part of the basement will be private for us. The house is rented from April 15 (we are flexible with the moving-in date), for a year forward with the possibility of extension. We are looking for a tenant who will enjoy living in this calm and pleasant area or those who want to try if house life might suit you.
