Hello everyone! Furnished apartment of 28 sqm for rent to a single person or a couple in central Uppsala. I am renting out my dear apartment to move abroad for a while. The features in this fresh newly built apartment are: - Large kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. - Double bed 180 cm. - Use of robot vacuum cleaner with mopping function - Balcony - Washer-dryer combo (both washer and dryer) - Adequate wardrobe space. - Optimized floor plan otherwise What is in proximity to this apartment is: - Large Willys (3 min walk) - Train traffic (7 min walk to train tracks from the exit at Strandbodgatan) - Uppsala C (13 min walk) - Fyris River (10 min) NOTE: Any potential contract signing will be provisional as Heimstaden must receive a signed sublease agreement in the application for subleasing. A signed contract does not, therefore, guarantee that you can move in. Obviously, no deposit will be paid if the move-in does not occur. You/as tenants will then be "proposed tenants" for subleasing. BECAUSE OF THIS: Any potential move-in date is undetermined as my application must be processed by Heimstaden manually, which can take 1-3 months.
