INNEBOENDE SÖKES After two years, my lodger has moved back to their hometown, and therefore I am now looking for a new wonderful person to share my 3-bedroom apartment with! I am renting out a furnished room with access to generous common areas – kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, and a terrace with a grill. The rent includes all housing costs, including electricity, heating, water, broadband, and Netflix, as well as shared consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. The rent is 6500 SEK/month. The apartment is located in Nyby with good bus connections to both the city and the university – about 10 minutes to the city by bus. The mounds of Gamla Uppsala can be reached with about a 10-minute walk, with nice walking trails and proximity to nature. I work a lot and often come home late on weekdays and am also away quite a bit. I am pet- and smoke-free and appreciate a clean and pleasant home where we show consideration. I am looking for someone who: • Is female • Is clean and responsible • Is kind, happy, and cooperative • Is not light sleeper or noise-sensitive • Often travels away on weekends – extra points for that!
