The apartment has a large southwest-facing balcony overlooking the quiet and lush courtyard. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Väsby center, commuter trains and buses. It is a quiet, calm, and safe area. The apartment is in very good condition and is furnished. The bathroom was completely renovated during the pipe replacement in 2023 and has underfloor heating and a brand new washing machine. The apartment also includes a storage room. Parking spaces are available in the association. We are looking for a calm, serious, and responsible tenant who will enjoy and take good care of the apartment (preferably a couple without children or a small family with one child as we have only one bed in the apartment). Pets may be allowed by agreement: for example, a small, calm, and well-behaved dog might be acceptable. We are looking for a long-term tenant.
