Furnished villa in Kiruna for companies, Matojärvi Spacious and well-equipped house of 168 m² + approx. 80 m² utility area, with three bedrooms, sauna, fireplace, and 800 m² plot. Rented to companies. Maximum three residents, one person per bedroom. Location The house is located by Matojärvi sports field. Cross-country ski trails, running tracks, ice rink, and sports facility are right next door. The ski slope with a bike park is about 5 minutes by car. Two grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, and fast food are within walking distance. The House Fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, two extra toilets, sauna with shower, fireplace, balcony, and patio. Storage for skis, bikes, and other leisure equipment is available. Garage/storage can be partially used by agreement. 100/100 Mbit internet and WiFi included. Maintenance and Living This is a home, not a hotel. I care about the house and its furnishings and am therefore looking for a company and residents who share this attitude. The house should be maintained as an own home, including regular cleaning, lawn mowing, and snow shoveling. Quiet living, not for parties or disruptive activities. The company is responsible for all residents and for any damages caused by negligence or by not following the rental conditions. Before signing an agreement, I want to know who will live in the house and receive names and contact information for everyone. I would also like a short conversation with the residents, on site or digitally. If any resident needs to be replaced, this must be reported and approved in advance. Private use One bedroom on the upper floor is used for private belongings and is not included in the rental. I will be in the house a few times a year, a good week each time. The guest room in the basement may also need to be used by me during such stays. These stays are planned in advance. Rent: 24,000 SEK/month + household electricity. Water, sewage, waste collection, internet, and WiFi are included. Smoking is not allowed. Pets may be allowed after agreement. If interested: specify company, number and which people will live in the house, desired move-in date, and approximate rental period. Longer projects or permanent are of interest.
