Indeterminate rental is not possible, hence the lower price. An extension until the end of the year might be possible, but unlikely. Benefits: Large south-facing balcony, newly renovated kitchen connected to the living room. 2 sqm storage/wardrobe (not pictured, too messy). Extremely remote work-compatible. Drawbacks: Small bedroom, bathroom not newly renovated (but not very old either). Renting out due to studies in another location.
