FURULUND, Östersund

Our cottage is available for rent from November 2026 onwards. It is located at Furulund, Östersund, which is 10 minutes driving from the city centre, or 20 minutes of cycling. There are also buses going to the city centre within 15 minutes. Lillänge shopping centre and skiing trails are in close proximity. The cottage is about 40 square meters, with 2 rooms, underfloor heating and a large backyard of 14,000 square meters. Washing machine, refrigerator, oven are available. Parking space is available outside the cottage. Rental fees SEK 6500 plus electricity fees (depending on how much electricity you use). Water fees are included in the rent. WiFi is not included. We look for a single, a couple or a small family who love the nature, with stable income and do not smoke. Pets can be considered. Minimum rental of 12 months or longer upon agreement.
