I will rent out my apartment for 1 year with the possibility of extension. (The association approves 1 year at a time). The apartment is a bright 1 room with a balcony facing east. The apartment is centrally located in Knivsta, within a 5-10 minute walking distance to both the commuter train and shops. Perfect location for those who either work at Arlanda or commute to Uppsala for work/studies. - The kitchen has a dishwasher. - The apartment has a large bathroom with a washing machine and built-in dryer. Smoking is prohibited, pets are allowed! Following the policies of the housing association is a requirement and showing respect to neighbors. Anything else is not allowed! Home insurance is a requirement and must be signed before moving in. Electricity consumption is included in the rent, but if it exceeds what is normal, additional costs will be added to the rent. Electricity is paid every 3 months. Broadband is included. NOTE! There is currently a tenant living in the apartment. Aiming for move-in by the latest 1/1-27. The apartment will be rented out empty.
