I am renting out my nice two-room apartment of about 57 square meters in Söder in Östersund because I will start working in another location. The apartment has a good and spacious layout with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The area is quiet and pleasant, while still being close to downtown, grocery stores, bus connections, and other services. Electricity and parking are included in the rent. The apartment can be rented partially furnished, and we can agree on exactly what is left based on the need. I am primarily looking for a well-mannered and reliable tenant who wants to take care of the apartment as their own home. I am hoping for a slightly longer rental period and am open to discussing the arrangement with the right person.
