Close to everything and gate to enter which you need to call to get in. A bit annoying sometimes but also nice to know that no one can enter if you don't want them to. Kitchen and living room/bedroom are divided by a wall without a door, then the bathroom is in the hallway. There is also a closet in the hallway. There is fiber included in the rent 100/100 if you want better you have to solve it yourself, but FYI it can cost up to 700 a month with tele2 being the provider in the area. Besides this, it is in a good location and you are close to everything, the hub is 10-15 minutes by foot but there is always voi or ryde nearby, then you have Nordic (gym) 5 minutes away and Hemköp at Söder Gallerian and Coop 2 minutes away, though smaller but open until 23:00.
