We are renting out a furnished room of approximately 15 sqm in our large duplex apartment of 116 sqm, right by Örebro Castle and Järntorget. The room is furnished and ready to move into with a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, armchair, TV, private fridge, and electric blackout curtains. You will of course also have access to the apartment’s common areas. There is also an extra room with a desk, perfect when you want to sit undisturbed to study or work. The rent is 5,500 SEK/month and includes: • Electricity and heating • Internet • Alarm/security system • Consumables • Access to washing machine and dryer • LG Styler for refreshing and caring for clothes The apartment is located in a beautiful house from 1911 but was completely renovated in 2017, so internally everything is modern and fresh. There is a generous ceiling height of 2.80 meters, large windows, and plenty of light. The apartment is spread over two floors, where the upper floor is a smaller and cozy attic. Here you live right in central Örebro, with restaurants, cafes, shops, and transport just around the corner. We are a family with small children and two kids who live here 50% of the time. For us, it is important that both you and we feel comfortable and secure with the accommodation. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal chemistry and would be happy to see it become a long-term residence if we get along well together.
