The house is an older house but has been renovated over the years and most recently 1 year ago. The bathroom was renovated then. The kitchen was renovated 2 years ago. The whole house has underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms. To get to one of them, you need to pass through another. The house has a sauna, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Naturally, there is also a stove and oven, as well as a microwave. The house is furnished and has basic household utensils, as well as towels and bed linens. There is a car engine heater outlet for winter. It has a large plot and a stone setting that is cozy to sit and enjoy in the summer. The residential area is quiet and has many families with children. It’s close to the grocery store and about 20 minutes walking distance to the town. There is a bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance. All this is included in the rent. I am renting out my house because I have moved in with my husband and I don't want to sell the house because I think it's so nice. I hope you think so too.
