I am renting out a bedroom in my house to a woman, about 30-50 years old. It is possible to rent one month at a time, but for a maximum of 6 months. Since the room often stands empty and unused, I have often considered renting it out. Maybe you are going through a divorce and need something short-term while you look for something new? Or perhaps you are in another type of transitional phase in life and need to rent something quickly for a short period. The room is bright and nice, has a patio door and faces the garden at the back. It is furnished with a double bed that I will leave in place and there is room for storage furniture. It is also close to the utility entrance, so it is somewhat separated from the other rooms. It is a single-story house built in '91 with a lush garden, patio, and garage in a pleasant rural residential area in Vallda Gräppås. The bus stop is a 15-minute walk away. We who live here are a small family of me, a 41-year-old single woman, my 7-year-old son, and 2 dogs and 2 cats. So you must like animals and children. There is a large kitchen, dining area, and living room that we share. The house has two bathrooms, and we only use one, so the small bathroom will be solely yours.
