The apartment is well-planned with a door between the rooms to separate them. All the apartment's windows face the courtyard and are therefore completely undisturbed by street noise and have a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. From the bedroom, there is a spacious balcony. Toilet and bathroom are separate. The kitchen comes well-equipped with most necessities. The oven is electric and the stove is gas. The apartment receives good light, but no direct sunlight, making it cool with a pleasant temperature during spring and summer. The location is unbeatable with only minutes to the subway and bus as well as shops and restaurants. There is a courtyard belonging to the association with the possibility to grill. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple but can also work with a child if you add a smaller bed in the living room. The rent includes a fully furnished apartment as well as wifi, electricity, and gas. The moving in and out dates are somewhat flexible - feel free to inquire about this.
