Welcome to our house in Lervik – a cozy and fully renovated house of about 75 sqm with a high, sunny southern exposure in a peaceful and nature-close environment. The house is rented fully furnished and offers a master bedroom, a smaller one with a single bed, as well as a bright living room with an open plan to the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a cozy open fireplace that adds extra charm during the colder months of the year, as well as a fresh bathroom. The residence was completely renovated in 2022 with new flooring, walls, appliances, as well as an entirely new kitchen and bathroom. Heating is provided via an air-source heat pump in combination with water-based underfloor heating in the kitchen, bathroom, and hall, which ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The plot is generous, about 2,600 sqm, and consists of a lovely mix of grassy areas and rocks giving a private and nature-close feel. Outside the house, there is a large deck in a sunny position, with sun hours in summer from early morning to late summer evenings – perfect for relaxation and outdoor meals with family and friends. Here you live quietly and peacefully with proximity to both nature and the sea. Within walking distance, there are bathing opportunities and the Lervik pier, where the Vaxholm boat takes you further out into the Stockholm archipelago or towards the city center. A car is recommended to reach the residence. On the property, there is also a garage set up as an Attefall house and is currently rented out. Electricity is not included, charged the following month. As we plan to move abroad without knowing if it will be permanent or if we will return in the spring, I set the rental date to mid-April with a possible extension if we decide to stay longer.
