The apartment is located at Noviresort and is used as a hotel room by Noviresort during the period from June 1st to September 30th each year. Therefore, we are now looking for a tenant who wants to rent the period from October 26th, 2026 to May 31st, 2027. The period before and after these dates it is rented out as a hotel room and accessibility issues therefore need to be addressed directly with the hotel. The apartment is in excellent condition with fantastic views of the sea and pool area. There is a small fridge with a freezer compartment. Small dishwasher. Induction hob, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Since the apartment is used as a hotel room during the summer, it should be kept in the same standard and appearance. Therefore, it is forbidden to put up paintings or change anything in the apartment. Smoking is prohibited and no animals are allowed. Wonderful apartment with one of Gotland's finest views. The rental is conducted through Noviresort by agreement.
