Looking for a new tenant for my small apartment of 22 sqm in Luthagen/Studentstaden! 🏡 Move-in available immediately with some reservation on the date as I don't live in Uppsala and need to coordinate the viewing/key handover, etc. with work. When renting, one must be open to possible private viewings of the apartment being planned in agreement. Rental is done 6 months at a time after approval from the housing association. The apartment is furnished according to the pictures except for the table/chairs, which can be adapted somewhat according to need. 5-minute walk to the nearest grocery store (ICA Folkes) and a 5-10 minute walk to Ekonomikum and Engelska parken.
