Student room on the first floor. A room of 20sqm, with its own toilet and shower. The kitchen is shared for everyone in the corridor, laundry room (booked through the housing's website) is available, garbage room exists. Partially furnished: bed with mattress, table with comfortable reclining chair, some shelves, and a rug. About 7 minutes walking distance to Ålidhem's center. I'm renting it out because I have taken a study break and moved to Stockholm for a while. The plan is to move back for the spring semester, but not 100% sure! Internet is not included in the rent, but I'll leave my router if you want to set up your own broadband! As mentioned, I'm not in Umeå, but can always be reached via SMS if there's anything you wonder about after you move in :) According to Bostaden, my application needs to come in 2 weeks before the rental date. So after we agree on a date, it takes a little while before you can move in.
