Renting out my fantastic apartment (one room and proper kitchen) of 42 sqm as a sublet while awaiting sale. The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator. The apartment is centrally located in Uppsala - it takes 5 minutes to walk to Vaksala Square (where there is a very good Ica store) and 10 minutes to walk to Uppsala Central Station. The apartment has both a dishwasher and a washing machine (with built-in dryer). There are also more washing machines and a separate dryer in the laundry room in the same building. There is a patio with lawn and table outside. The neighbors are calm and kind - many of them are retirees, and the association is very well maintained. It's okay to have a dog in the apartment, but unfortunately not a cat. There are also rules against having aquariums from the housing association's side due to fear of water damage (the same applies to waterbeds). The apartment is rented out furnished. Looking for someone who is calm, reliable, pleasant, non-smoking, and economically stable without payment remarks. It is important that you respect the neighbors and that many are a bit older and therefore want peace and quiet in the evenings. You will need to be approved as a subtenant by the cooperative housing association's board. Documents/information we will need from you are employment/study certificate, credit report, and personal number. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, wi-fi. You need to take out your own home insurance. We will draw up proper agreements between us including an inventory list. The rent is set low since the rental is awaiting sale. Possible extension depending on how the sale goes and depending on whether the cooperative housing association's board approves this. All the best, Elin
