Due to a temporary move abroad, we are renting out our charming centrally located home in Öster, Örebro. It is within walking distance to shopping and just a stone's throw from the city's sports arenas. The home is of an older style with a south-facing balcony, a fireplace (not functional), herringbone parquet in the living and dining rooms, and continuous parquet throughout the apartment. The apartment has plenty of storage and other amenities such as a dishwasher and parking in the courtyard. The entire apartment was freshly painted in 2025. The apartment building has a good laundry room with a drying room, bicycle storage, and a courtyard with a pleasant seating area. Rented out fully furnished and equipped. The rent includes everything except home insurance, which the tenant must also arrange separately, in addition to ours.
