However, there is a large sofa that you, if you wish, can choose to keep. 📸 The pictures are unfortunately taken from the previous interior, when I myself lived in the apartment, before it was rented out. The current tenant will take their things when they move. However, the pictures give a good impression of how the apartment looks and the layout. Of course, you will have the opportunity to come and see the apartment - viewing can be arranged by agreement as soon as the current tenant is back from vacation. Then you'll get a much better feel for the apartment. The apartment is currently for sale. During the rental period, therefore, after agreement with you, viewings for potential buyers might need to be arranged. Of course, a three-month notice period applies if the apartment is sold.
