Shops of all kinds and a gym are within walking distance from the apartment, and you have a Coop, Elgiganten, and Pharmacy in the same building. The rent includes 1000mbps internet, electricity, water, and heating, so you don't have to think about any costs other than the rent. It's a convenient studio with an open floor plan, dishwasher, and washer-dryer combo in the apartment, making everyday chores easy to manage. I am renting out the apartment as I will be studying abroad for a semester. The dates are very flexible for me, so if you need to move in earlier or move out later, it can be arranged.
