I am renting out my apartment from October 7 this year until December 2026 due to studies/travel. There might be an opportunity for an extension until January. Maximum 1–2 people and preferably people with employment income. The rent includes internet, electricity, and water. There is a laundry room on the ground floor in the same stairwell. I will empty the closets, but otherwise my belongings will remain on shelves and in drawers. The apartment has a living room with an open connection to the kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed 120 cm. Enclosed balcony. The accommodation is located just behind the railway and bus station. Vaksala square and UKK (concert hall) around the corner. Close to two larger grocery stores and about a 5-minute walk to the train and bus. Viewing by arrangement.
