Paradisgränd, Södertälje

Very close to the city, hospital just over the swing bridge, neighbors without small children, top renovated with parquet floors, no elevator though but comfortable stairs, spacious sleeping alcove. About myself, the reason for renting is twofold: work and warmer climate during these 3 months, Jan, Feb, Mar, with the possibility to extend. Preferably rented out to a company, or tenant with periodic service from Scania Södertälje or similar company in Södertälje would fit very well, someone without children or pets, although I love both children and dogs.
