It also has its own kitchen, bathroom, and living room with everything needed for comfortable daily life. The houseboat is equipped with heating and is used even during autumn and winter. Since it is accommodation on the water, the indoor climate and energy consumption can differ from a regular apartment during the coldest periods of the year. The accommodation is rented out fully furnished and is ready for move-in. Water and basic facilities are included. Electricity and any other costs are specified depending on the rental period and arrangement. Here you get something that is hard to find in a regular apartment—private accommodation directly on the water, with a quiet marina environment right outside the door, while still having good access to central Gothenburg and other parts of the city. Klädesholmen is primarily used for short-term rentals during the summer, but during autumn, winter, and spring, we gladly offer longer rental periods.
