Hello! We are renting out our 3-room apartment at Liljeholmskajen during the year when we will be working abroad. The apartment is rented out furnished. The price includes internet, electricity, TV, and hot water. The apartment has a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom or alternatively an office. The living room together with the kitchen has an open floor plan. The balcony is large and faces south. During the summer months, there is sun from early morning to early evening. The house is located right down by the quay with good swimming spots! In the neighborhood, there are bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the subway, 5 minutes from the light rail, and 12 minutes from the commuter train. A 20-minute walk takes you to Hornstull with restaurants and bars. Right around the corner lies Årsta forest with nice running and walking paths. The association has a shared sauna/party room/guest apartment that can be rented, as well as 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be booked for free.
