Hello, I'm renting out my 2-room apartment of 62 square meters located in the quiet and cozy Brunnehagen on Hisingen. It is furnished and has a large cozy enclosed south-facing balcony. There are both grocery stores, restaurants, and other small shops in the area. The apartment is also adjacent to Hisingsparken, which is a large green area with beautiful nature. Parking can be arranged for those who have a car, otherwise there are convenient bus connections that quickly take you to the city. Water, electricity, heating, and broadband are included in the rent. I am very keen on finding a reliable and well-behaved tenant whom I feel will take good care of my apartment. I'm flexible with the move-in date. I do not rent out to families with children, smokers, or anyone with pets.
