The living room is bright and spacious, and the kitchen is homely with plenty of workspace and the charm that belongs to the 1930s. There is also a hallway with a walk-in closet and a fully tiled bathroom. The association has a nice and leafy courtyard with a gazebo and barbecue facilities. There is also a shared terrace at the top of the building. A valued benefit is the association's relaxation area in the attic, which features both a sauna and a jacuzzi. The apartment is rented unfurnished, but can be adapted according to needs and preferences. The rent includes: electricity, heating, water, and TV/internet. Access to the sauna and spa can be arranged separately. A condition for the rental is that the apartment will also be up for sale. If a sale becomes relevant during the rental period, this will be taken into account in the form of compensation on the rent. I am keen on having a clear and good dialogue with the tenant.
