Hello! As I will be working in Stockholm, I am renting out my lovely and modern apartment in Luthagen/Stabby. It was built in 2017 and the entire apartment is in very good and new condition. Convenient location with Ica, Apotek, Nordic Wellness gym, several bus stops, etc., just a block away. Parking possibilities can be investigated if needed, but there is probably a queue at the moment. The apartment is fully equipped with its own washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and private Wi-Fi. The apartment will be rented out furnished (we can discuss which furniture will remain). Computer screen and speakers are removed. Electricity cost is additional.
