Welcome to accommodation with community in focus! At Kvarteret Hydran, we offer secure housing for those who are 65 years or older. Here you will find well-planned apartments with two rooms and a kitchen, most of which have their own balcony or patio. The accommodation is beautifully located close to the lake in Västerås, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Mälaren. There are a total of 96 apartments, and on the ground floor we have common areas with a large kitchen for pleasant gatherings. We also organize various activities several times a week to promote community. Hydran is a smoke-free area where everyone can thrive. Living environment with many possibilities Our two buildings with 5-6 floors are surrounded by a lovely courtyard that offers green spaces and planting boxes. Here you can relax at seating areas with benches and tables, or perhaps have a barbecue evening with neighbors at the barbecue area. For the active, there is the opportunity to exercise in the property's own gym or play chess, and we also have plenty of bicycle stands. For your convenience, there are garage spaces under the courtyard. What's included in the rent The rent includes heating, cold water, and a digital basic package from Tele2. For broadband, you can choose between Tele2 or other providers via their open fiber.
