Welcome to Grimsgärde – our family estate in the heart of Halland countryside. We have rented out the house during the summer via AirBnB but are now looking for a 'year-round guest'. Inside: The house is charming with a warm country-style interior. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, bathroom with shower, a utility entrance, a main entrance, living room, and a very large bedroom with workspace. On the upper floor, there is a small toilet, a living area, and two spacious bedrooms. Outside: There are two large patios, one at the front and one at the back of the house. Here, you can find space with shade or sun, depending on your preference and the time of day. During spring and summer 2026, a new garden has grown as a tribute to our family and the history of the place. We hope that the future tenant has an interest in gardening to manage the garden in the future. Nearby: The 24/7 store is only 1000m from the house. A 20-minute drive takes you to Varberg's coast and the Cold Bathhouse, 30 minutes to Gekås, Ullared.
