Find this in charming Majorna, near tram stops, restaurants, cafés, and Göta river. I am looking for a lodger from October 1st to December 31st, with a possible extension. I spend 75% of my time on Öland and need a lodger who has other accommodation when I need the apartment. I need the apartment up to 7 days a month and provide notice 2 months in advance (usually 7 consecutive days). I pay my share of the rent, but add an extra 700 SEK because the apartment is furnished (included in the price). The only additional requirement is that the tenant takes out their own home insurance through Qasa. A new sofa bed (Savoy, Bäddsoffslagret) was purchased in 2025. It easily converts to a regular double bed (160 cm wide). I am looking for a tenant who has a good alternative accommodation, such as an apartment in another location, a parent, or a partner you can stay with the days I need the apartment. I wish you to specify in your response how you plan to arrange accommodation on the days you do not have access to the apartment.
