Quiet area, there is a forest for walking 200 meters from the house, 300 meters from Hemköp. Included in the rent: Broadband, water, heating, and parking, but not electricity. I wish to rent out to a couple. Non-smoking and no pets. Preferably a description of yourself/yourselves. Deposit=12500 kronor.
