The apartment is located near beautiful walking paths by the water where you can walk all the way to Södertälje Centrum. There is also a Willys grocery store about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer to drive on a daily basis, there is plenty of parking space on the property and the surrounding area. By car, you can reach Moraberg or Kungens Kurva very quickly and easily. The apartment has a laundry room shared with 4 others in the building and it is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is already equipped with furniture as well as plates, cutlery, frying pans, etc. The fan in the kitchen does not work so it is good to open the window a bit when cooking. The apartment is located in the basement, so it stays cool during the summer and warm during the winter. But there is a radiator that can be plugged in if you want extra heat.
