As soon as possible, I am renting out my condominium at Scheelegatan 23 in Köping as a sublet. It is a 3-room apartment of 76 sqm on the third floor (please note, no elevator) and it can be rented out either unfurnished or partially furnished. Furniture that can be included in the rental includes, among other things, a kitchen table with 4 chairs, a 3-seater sofa, a TV bench, and a 160-bed with a headboard. All this can be customized according to the tenant's wishes. The rent includes heating, water, cable TV (basic package), and internet (fiber) via Köpings Kabel-TV. Electricity costs are additional (the tenant needs to sign an electricity agreement). The tenant also needs to take out their own home insurance. The apartment comes with a small pantry, and if needed, a larger basement storage can also be provided. A free parking space (unmarked) is available in the courtyard for residents. There is a large, shared, clean laundry room in the building. There is also space to install a small, personal washing machine in the apartment's bathroom. Pets (dog/cat) are allowed, as long as the animal does not make noise and disturb the neighbors. The apartment is initially rented for 1 year, with a 3-month mutual notice period.
